The UK Government recent admission that there had been no detectable global
warming signal for last 16 years has driven the last nail into the global
warming scam.
·
The figures reveal that from the beginning of 1997 until August 2012
there was no discernible rise in aggregate global temperatures
·
This means that the ‘pause’ in global warming has now lasted for about
the same time as the previous period when temperatures rose, 1980 to 1996
So what are the
implications of the latest admission by the UK government? Here are some
extracts from the Daily Mail article:
“Here are three not-so trivial questions you probably won’t find in your
next pub quiz. First, how much warmer has the world become since a) 1880
and b) the beginning of 1997? And what has this got to do with your
ever-increasing energy bill?
You may find the answers to the first two surprising. Since 1880, when reliable
temperature records began to be kept across most of the globe, the world has
warmed by about 0.75 degrees Celsius.
From the start of 1997 until August 2012, however, figures released last
week show the answer is zero: the trend, derived from the aggregate data
collected from more than 3,000 worldwide measuring points, has been flat.”

Why Global Warming Hypothesis now stands officially
falsified
The fundamental error – as
I see it – is that it sees “humans” as somehow being separate from
“environment” and the development of humanity as a threat to environment.
Greenpeace and other similar organisations have lost sight of the fact that
humans and their works are part of the “environment” and that the environment
needs to be subservient to the needs of human development. They have become
part of the coercive and alarmist movement that is eco-fascism.”
This
was Patrick Moore, a Co-Founder of Greenpeace on why left the organization.
This description of Greenpeace may also find an apt fit with other International
NGOs like WWF; Oxfam; ActionAid; ChristianAid; Sierra Club etc and local NGOs
such as Gene Campaign; Devender Sharma; Centre for Sustainable Agriculture etc who
all are complicit in the climate scam They are guilty of creating false
hysteria that climate-change impacts are potentially catastrophic for
many of the poorest people around the world as it causes floods, droughts, disease,
reduced bio-diversity and agriculture failings which in turn accentuates
poverty and hunger.
However in the real world,
where a CO2-climate link is still speculative, at best, and where real horrors already killing millions
of real people it is incidences like lung
infections, 1.4 million … intestinal diseases, 700,000 … malaria a million more
mothers, fathers and children – year after year.
They are dying because they
don’t have access to the hydrocarbon energy these NGOs want to consign to the
ash heap of history. That hydrocarbon energy could purify water; replace open
fires to heat homes and cook food; fuel cars, trucks and buses that carry
people, food and consumer products; and generate electricity to power homes,
hospitals, schools, factories, offices and shops – to create jobs, hope,
opportunity, prosperity, and infinitely better health than people in those
impoverished nations have ever known.
Instead of tacking real
problems, these NGOs advocate policies to tackle an imaginary crisis. So funds that could have been otherwise used
for development are diverted to fight an imaginary crisis. Taxes have been
imposed worldwide that accentuates unemployment; poverty and hunger. What’s worse are the solutions they espouse and
implement. Ex-Greenpeace heavy weight, Bjorn Lomborg founder of Copenhagen
Consensus Center elucidates the madness of such policies:
“sensible solutions through
an alarmist panic, leading to bad policies.
Consider one of the most significant
steps taken to respond to climate change. Adopted because of the climate panic,
bio-fuels were supposed to reduce CO2 emissions. Hansen described them as part
of a “brighter future for the planet.” But using bio-fuels to combat climate
change must rate as one of the poorest global “solutions” to any great
challenge in recent times.
Bio-fuels essentially take food from
mouths and put it into cars. The grain required to fill the tank of an SUV with
ethanol is enough to feed one African for a year. Thirty percent of this year’s
corn production in the United States will be burned up on America’s highways.
This has been possible only through subsidies that globally will total $15
billion this year alone.
Because increased demand for bio-fuels
leads to cutting down carbon-rich forests, a 2008 Science study showed
that the net effect of using them is not to cut CO2 emissions, but to double
them. The rush towards bio-fuels has also strongly contributed to rising
food prices, which have tipped another roughly 30 million people into
starvation.
Because of climate panic, our attempts
to mitigate climate change have provoked an unmitigated disaster. We will waste
hundreds of billions of dollars, worsen global warming, and dramatically
increase starvation.”
Equally devastating had
been the promotion of renewable energy which besides being prohibitively
expensive does not produce any significant power, threatening to cripple the
economies even advanced nations like Germany and the UK. By making fossil fuels scarcer and more
expensive, while spending billions of taxpayer dollars to subsidize wind, solar
and biofuel energy, their war on fossil fuels is designed to force global
citizens to abandon the energy sources that power our economy. The goal is to
force us to turn to inefficient, unreliable, impractical, expensive, job-killing
energy sources that emit less CO2.
Even worse was the attempt
to reduce food production by the promotion of so called “Climate Smart
Agriculture”
Gaia Theorist and climate
visionary James Lovelock has recently become the latest high-profile alarmist
to admit the movement never actually knew what it was talking about.
Lovelock recanted his climate alarmist sins admitting, ‘The problem is we don’t
know what the climate is doing’. True enough. But previously Lovelock was
one of many quite prepared to ‘put democracy on hold’ for the cause (a code
for ‘stopping you and me from having a say’ and them getting their way)
George Orwell once said:
“In a
time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”
And yet, writing
for Forbes Magazine, climate change alarmist Steve Zwick calls for skeptics of
man-made global warming to be tracked hunted down and have their homes burned
to the ground, yet another shocking illustration of how eco-fascism is rife
within the environmentalist lobby. And
he is not the only one. Many had advocated that we climate sceptics be put on
trial for Crimes Against Humanity. This
is as William Shenstone once described as:
“A liar
begins with making falsehood appear like truth, and ends with making truth itself
appear like falsehood.”
“In the end,
what is true will come
to be known” goes an old saying. And that’s what happened to climate alarmism
with now they admitting their predictions of accelerated warming has come to
naught. If any is guilty of Crimes Against Humanity, then it are the climate alarmists,
not us, climate sceptics.
So
what exactly is Crimes Against Humanity?
The Rome
Statute of the International Criminal Court defines “crimes against humanity”
as acts that are:
“committed as
part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian
population, with knowledge of the attack – intentionally causing great
suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.”
So
think about this irony. It is common for NGOs to demand many political leaders
to be tried for Crimes Against Humanity. Now the
likes of Rajendra Pachauri (IPCC), Kumi Naidoo and Samit
Aich, (Greenpeace), James P
Leape and Nitin Desai (WWF); Barbara
Stocking and Nisha Aggrawal (Oxfam) Joanna
Kerr and Sandeep
Chachra (ActionAid); Loretta Minghella and Anand Kumar (ChristianAid) etc could
be hauled up and tried for Crimes Against Humanity!
